PREORDER &
DROP POLICY

CALL NO MAN releases products differently.

We don't produce large quantities of inventory and hope they sell. Each drop is offered for preorder first. If the drop reaches its stated production goal, we make it. If it doesn't, we don't.

This policy explains how that works.

DROP 001

Drop 001 is limited to 250 customer garments total across the collection.

The 250-piece limit is shared across all garment designs, colors, and sizes included in Drop 001. It is not 250 of each design.

Once 250 garments have been claimed, Drop 001 is funded and garment preorders close.

YOUR PREORDER

When you place a preorder:

• You select your garment, size, and any eligible Drop 001 objects.
• Your payment method is charged at checkout.
• Your order reserves the quantity of garments you purchased toward the 250-piece production goal.
• You receive an order confirmation by email.

A preorder is not an indication that the product has already been manufactured or shipped.

ALL 250 OR WE DON'T MAKE IT

Drop 001 requires 250 garment preorders to enter production.

If all 250 garments are claimed before the drop deadline, the drop is funded.

We then close garment orders and place the production run.

If Drop 001 does not reach 250 garment preorders before the stated deadline, the production run will not take place and affected customers will receive a full refund of their Drop 001 order.

ONE PRODUCTION RUN

Drop 001 is a one-time edition.

Once funded and closed, we manufacture the garments ordered during the drop, along with a small service reserve that may be produced solely for exchanges, defects, lost shipments, or other customer-service needs.

Service-reserve garments are not additional pieces offered for public sale and do not increase the 250-customer-garment edition.

Once Drop 001 closes, the edition will not be restocked or reproduced.

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE THE DROP CLOSES

You may request cancellation of your preorder for a full refund before Drop 001 closes and production begins.

If a garment preorder is cancelled, that garment is released back into the available Drop 001 quantity.

Once the drop is funded, closed, and committed to production, orders can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind.

DROP 001 OBJECTS

Certain limited objects may be offered exclusively to customers purchasing a Drop 001 garment, including products such as challenge coins, patches, and bookmarks.

These products:

• Do not count toward the 250-garment production goal.
• May have their own production limits.
• Are produced only after the drop closes.
• May not be available for purchase without a qualifying Drop 001 garment.
• Will not be restocked when identified as a one-time Drop 001 release.

Specific availability, limits, and pricing will be displayed on the applicable product page.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Production begins only after a drop is successfully funded and closed.

Before accepting preorders, we will publish the estimated production and shipping window for that drop.

Production timelines are estimates. Manufacturing, quality-control, carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances can sometimes cause delays.

If a significant delay occurs, we'll communicate the updated expected timeline to affected customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because funded drops are manufactured specifically against customer preorders, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after production begins.

Eligible size exchanges may be offered when replacement inventory is available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled under our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

REFUNDS FOR AN UNFUNDED DROP

If a drop does not reach its required production quantity before its deadline, affected orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time before a refund appears on your account after it has been issued.
